Call for proposals: Protecting and Empowering Women and Girls affected by Gender-Based Violence in Yemen

UN Women is currently implementing a project titled “Empowering and protecting women leads to societal development”. The project supports the ongoing international response to the humanitarian crisis in Yemen, now compounded by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, by promoting self-reliance for displaced and vulnerable women in areas affected by the conflict through livelihoods and protection interventions. The project supports women’s access to livelihoods and protection from all forms of violence while supporting them to be agents of change and decision-makers within the current crisis context.
