UN Women Maghreb held a national launching ceremony for the “Progress of the World’s Women 2019-2020: Families in a Changing World” report in Rabat, Morocco on 17 January 2020 to present the results to various stakeholders and open discussions on national perspectives on these issues related to the family in Morocco. The report assesses the reality of families of today and provides recommendations for laws, policies, and public action that ensures gender equality in-and-outside of the family.
