Regional Strategic Framework for Ending Violence Against Women and Girls In the Arab Region

The initiative to develop a strategic framework to address violence against women and girls in the Arab region, and to mitigate its impacts, is undertaken within the framework of partnership and cooperation between the League of Arab States (LAS) and UN Women Regional Office for Arab States (ROAS). The imitative is aligned with the implementation of Decision No. (6) adopted by the Arab Women›s Committee at the ministerial level during its 43rd session, held on 29 February 2024.
